Sometimes we try to use our own strength to solve our problems and it only seems to get worse. Sometimes, we can’t do it by ourselves and we need a helping hand.

Five Elements Ayurvedic Massage*

Five Elements Ayurvedic Massage uses the ancient philosophy of Ayurveda to bring the body back into balance.

Ayurveda is an ancient holistic health system from India with its roots going back more than 3000 years. It is known as the ‘sister science’ of Yoga and uses yoga as one of its healing treatments.

Ayurveda uses symbols connected to the natural world around us, better known as the Five Elements (space, air, fire, water, earth) to understand the complexity of the body and uses the five healing modes (diet/food supplements, lifestyle, massage and remedial movement plus breathwork) to bring health.

The primary treatment discipline of Ayurveda (Rasayana Chikitsa) pertains to using natural means for living a long healthy life.

*Massage bookings are available for woman only
