I was advised to take up yoga to rehabilitate after a shoulder surgery and was quite nervous about starting. I needn't have been, Sonia always makes you feel comfortable and teaches at all levels in the class. She is gentle and calm and helps you to understand how to listen to your body. I'm 2 years down the line now and my body and mind are so much stronger and better for it. Sonia has taught me how to listen to my body and by doing that my body has gone from strength to strength. I love her classes and her style, and look forward to my mat time every week. Sonia has helped with my healing through guidance and advice, I cant recommend her highly enough.
