Each class includes long held remedial poses, slow restorative vinyasa (breath with movement) sequences and strong core work designed around 18 seasonal ‘power poses’. Each class aims to increase strength, flexibility and balance; to support mental strength and reduce anxiety symptoms and to help correct energy flow around the body. Incorporated into each class are Ayurvedic acu-point massage techniques and remedial breath work.

A good level of fitness is required for the yoga classes, although modifications are always given to allow for those requiring a more moderate pace. An ability to get up to standing and back down to sitting numerous times during the session is needed. There are modifications for those working with knee tenderness, pain or injury and limitations in the movement of the hips and shoulders.

Course Price

1 course £36* (choose one six week course) – £6.00 per week for up to 1 class a week during the course dates

Course Bundles

2 courses £50* (choose two six week courses running in the same time period from the schedule below) –  approximately £8.35 per week for your 2 pre-selected classes a week

3 courses £60* (sign up for three six week courses running in the same time period from the schedule below) – £10.00 per week for your 3 pre-selected classes a week during the course dates

4 courses £70* (come to any of the yoga classes scheduled) – approximately £11.65 per week for your 4 classes a week during the course dates
